Assoc. Prof. Emin Lapsekili and Assoc. Prof. Ümit Alakuş read medicine at the same faculty, completed their surgical training in the same department, and both served abroad. Both were made associate professors in 2023 and retired that year; they have practised together since. For appointments and everything that comes before them, the practice team is who you speak to first.
